As a Design Manager, I'm passionate about design practices that put people at the center, promote collaboration and use technology as a driving force. In addition, I believe that people who are constantly learning feel more fulfilled, which is why I seek to stimulate the development of individual talents and always encourage them to adopt new design practices and use new technologies.
