Identify and address user pains (patients and professionals) in the use of Telemedicine Nav considering the technology challenges mainly related to platform stability and, achieve business goals through digital service improvements.
My Role
Lead and articulate design with stakeholders and peers to ensure consistent prioritization. Plan, guide and monitor the execution of the work and activities primarily of the UX Researcher and Product Designers.
